Zoe Earl

Barrister-at-Law

Zoe is a barrister admitted in Queensland and to the High Court of Australia. Zoe has a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Graduate Certificate of Social Science and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Her main areas of practice are Family Law and Criminal Law.

Zoe is committed to demystifying the legal process and promoting equal opportunity and justice within the community. She has spent over ten years working and volunteering with children and young people in various capacities.

Zoe is a member of the Bar Association of Queensland, the Family Law Practitioners Association (FLPA) and the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland (WLAQ). She also contributes to the Queensland Law Reports and teaches as a sessional lecturer at Christian Heritage College and accepts pro-bono referrals from LawRight (formerly QPILCH).
